NORTON 促銷活動 – 購買並啟用 指定 NORTON 360 產品, 可以兌換超市電子禮劵

1.優惠贈品領取辦法及本《條款與條件》的優惠表單詳細資訊。參加此促銷活動即表示您接受本《條款與條件》。

2.此優惠贈品限香港居民兌換。NortonLifeLock 員工及其直系親屬、NortonLifeLock 產品經銷商，包含零售商員工、代理商或此促銷活動行政事宜的任何相關人員，皆恕無法參與此活動。

3.主辦方保留以下權利，且得以隨時全權自行決定執行：

a.驗證禮品卡領取及參加者(包參加者的身分及居住地) 是否符合資格

b.如果參加者的申領動作違反本《條款與條件》或介入流程竄改，將取消該參加者的資格。

c.如果查獲濫用或竄改本促銷活動的營運程序或以詐騙手法登錄，或主辦方認定違反本《條款與條件》，將拒絕受理領取；

d.如果使用造假或不完整的資訊，包括但不限於假冒或不完整的姓名及拋棄式電子郵件地址，將拒絕受理兌換。

4.活動期間，即便主辦方在任何階段無法履行其權利，亦不代表其放棄自身相關權利。

​5. 在 2025 年 8 月22 日 至 2025 年 8 月 25 日 期間,並於2025年9月14日前啟用 Norton 360 指定產品，可以兌換超市電子禮劵1張。線上領取受理將截至 2025 年 9 月 15 日香港標準時間晚上 11:59。

6.本優惠不適用於任何「不得轉售」、學術或升級訂單, 預先安裝在新個人電腦或筆記型電腦上的附加產品版本、Norton 線上商店的購物、網路附屬公司的購物或任何 Norton 試用產品。如未明確說明，本優惠無法與其他促銷活動併用。

7.NortonLifeLock 標準 60 天退款保證不適用於本優惠包含的 Norton 產品。

8.每組已啟用的有效 Norton 360 指定產品產版僅提供一張超市電子禮品劵，每人限領一 (1) 張。

9.申請人請務必保留原始購買收據及產品包裝以示購買證明。領取時，若無法為所有領取項目提出購買證明，主辦方擁有最終決定權，得以自行宣告申請人的所有領取皆為無效並收回其任何優惠權利。

10.如要領取本優惠，領取人必須先在即日起香港準時間早上 6:30 後至 2025 年 8 月 25 日香港標準時間晚上 11:59 前，安裝及啟用自己的 Norton 360 產品。領取人必須在日內啟用零售及前往 https://www.suntronics.hk/evoucherredemption 網站，依照說明 Online Redemption Centre 上申請領取。

11.本優惠僅限在 https://www.suntronics.hk/evoucherredemption 網站向進行線登記領取。

12.本優惠僅限在領取流程中以電子禮品卡的形式傳送至申請人提供的之電子郵件。請領成功後，領取人將收到含有電子禮品卡連結的電子郵件。為免生疑問，如果領取人提供的電子郵件地址有誤或不完整，恕不替換、返還或重新傳送電子禮品卡給領取人。

13.恕無法替換遺失、遭竊或失效的電子禮品卡。

14.有效且已啟用的單次訂閱無法重複請領禮品。

15.本優惠不得轉讓或更換。

16.電子禮品卡的價值將採用購買國家/地區的貨幣 (例如，在香港購買則以港幣計)。

17.如果主辦方需要額外資訊或輔助文件來驗證領取申請，領取人將收到電子郵件通知。如果領取人無法提供輔助文件來佐證請領，Suntronics 保留在不進行後續調查的情況下拒絕領取的權利。

18.領取人須自行承擔存取促銷優惠網站的所有相關成本，且實際成本金額將依使用的網際網路服務供應商而有所不同。領取人禁止使用任何自動化軟體或任何其他機械或電子手法來重複領取優惠，如採用上述不法手段，該領取人送出的所有請領都將視作無效。

19.所有優惠贈品領取皆為主辦方所有財產。主辦方將收集領取人的個人資訊以執行促銷活動。如果未提供要求的資訊，領取人可能無法參與此促銷活動。領取人如未另行表示，則參與此促銷活動即表示領取人同意將自己的資訊輸入我們的資料庫，以供進行後續促銷、行銷及宣傳用途，且該資訊將依《隱私權政策》儲存於辦公室，政策詳情請見 的公開網

20.如果此促銷優惠因任何主辦方合理不可控的原因以任何形式遭到干涉或無法在合理預期範圍內辦理，主辦方將依法全權保留完整權利，且得以酌情 (a) 取消任何領取人的資格；或 (b) 修改、停辦、終止或取消促銷活動。

21.本《條款與條件》一律不得限制、排除或修改或意圖限制、排除或修改《2010 年競爭與消費者法案 (Cth)》(Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.)) 維護的法定消費者保證，以及《ASIC 法案》(Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act) 或澳洲的其他相似消費者保護法律所暗指的任何保證 (簡稱「不排他性保證」)。除了任何依法無法排除的責任，包含不排他性保證，無論是直接、間接、在特殊情況或結果導致下，主辦方 (包括其相應的工作人員、員工及代理商) 將排除因本優惠造成之任何個人傷害；或任何損害或損壞 (包含喪失機會) 的所有責任 (包括疏忽)。

22.除了任何依法無法排除的責任，包含不排他性保證，無論是直接、間接、在特殊情況或結果導致下，主辦方 (包括其工作人員、員工及代理商) 將排除因本下列任何原因造成之任何個人傷害；或任何損害或損壞 (包含喪失機會) 的所有責任 (包括疏忽)：(a) 任何技術性困難或設備故障 (不論主辦方是否得以掌控)；(b) 任何竊盜、未經授權的存取或第三方干預；(c) 因任何超出主辦方合理可控範圍內的原因，導致任何延遲、遺失、變更、受損或導向有誤的領取申請 (無論是否在主辦方接收後發生)；(d) 本《條款與條件》所述的任何其他優惠價值形式；或本優惠。

  • The organizer reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:

    • Verify your identity, residence, eligibility, and gift card claim .

    • Cancel your eligibility if you violate the terms or tamper with the process .

    • Reject your claim if fraud or abuse is detected, including submitting false or incomplete information like fake names or disposable emails .

  • Failure by the organizer to enforce any right at any stage does not waive that right .

  • The offer is not valid for non-resale, academic or upgrade orders, site licenses, pre-installed OEM versions, purchases from Norton online store or affiliates, or trial products. Unless stated otherwise, this promotion cannot be combined with other offers .

  • NortonLifeLock’s standard 60-day money-back guarantee does not apply to this promotion .

  • Only one gift card per valid activated each one product subscription; maximum one per person .

  • You must retain the original purchase receipt and product packaging for proof of purchase. Failure to provide proof can invalidate all claims .

  • Redemption must be submitted at https://www.suntronics.hk/evoucherredemption after the subscription activation at your earliest convenience..

  • Gift cards are delivered via email only; ensure your email address is accurate. We will not resend lost or stolen cards .

  • The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged .

  • The e-gift card value is in local currency (HKD for Hong Kong) .

  • If additional verification (like supporting documents) is required, you'll be notified by email. Not providing them may result in claim rejection .
