首先，請務必先啟用港澳總代理 Suntronics 日暉科技出售之Norton產品，且準備好 25 位數的產品金鑰。請注意： 啟用產品並不會取得優惠，您必須依照這些步驟提出申請才能領取優惠。
First, you must install and activate the eligible product keys which is officially sole distributed by Suntronics such as the Norton product, and have your 25‑digit product key ready.Please note that activating the product does not automatically qualify you for the offer—you must follow these steps and submit your request in order to redeem the e-voucher.
Find your existing 25-digit product key

在您完成產品安裝與啟用步驟後，就可以開始進行電子禮券領取程序。請準備好您的產品金鑰。
前往 Norton 帳戶即可查看 25 位數產品金鑰。
Once you’ve completed the installation and activation steps, you can start the e‑voucher redemption process.
Please have your product key ready. You can view your 25-digit product key by logging into your Norton account.
產品包裝底部/背面上都可找到產品金鑰。
The product key can be found on the bottom of the product packaging.
Redemption Procedure

Please enter the redemption page https://www.suntronics.hk/nortonredemption
在您完成產品安裝與啟用步驟後，就可以開始進行電子禮券領取程序。請準備好您的產品金鑰。
前往 Norton 帳戶即可查看 25 位數產品金鑰。
請在電子表格上,填入兌換資料及輸入 25 位數產品金鑰 (每一欄 5 個字元，無破折號或空格)
Fill in the required redemption information in E-Form
Enter the 25‑digit product key (in five-character blocks with no hyphens or spaces).
(系統會接著確認您的產品金鑰是否於促銷活動期間啟用符合資格的 Norton 產品。)
請填寫兌換必要資訊及按一下「Submit 送出」
(The system will then verify whether your product key was activated on an eligible Norton product during the promotion period.) Then, Click “Submit.”

*Subject to terms and conditions. Redemption deadline: Sept 15, 2025. Before redeeming the e‑voucher, ensure that activate the eligible product keys which is officially sole distributed by Suntronics such as Norton 360 Standard, Norton 360 Deluxe, Norton 360 Premium, or Norton 360 for Gamers. You must submit your redemption request after the subscription activation at your earliest convenience. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive your e‑voucher within 8 weeks.
