• Inclement Weather Delivery Arrangements Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. No delivery services will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or when a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.

• Remote Areas Delivery Separate quotations will be provided for deliveries to remote areas, such as the Outlying Islands.

• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are guided only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs clearance.

• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

• Policy: Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
