Avast 促銷活動 – 購買並啟用 指定 Avast 產品, 可以兌換超市電子禮劵

1.優惠贈品領取辦法及本《條款與條件》的優惠表單詳細資訊。參加此促銷活動即表示您接受本《條款與條件》。
2.此優惠贈品限香港居民兌換。Avast 員工及其直系親屬、Avast 產品經銷商，包含零售商員工、代理商或此促銷活動行政事宜的任何相關人員，皆恕無法參與此活動。
3.主辦方保留以下權利，且得以隨時全權自行決定執行：
a.驗證禮品卡領取及參加者(包參加者的身分及居住地) 是否符合資格
b.如果參加者的申領動作違反本《條款與條件》或介入流程竄改，將取消該參加者的資格。
c.如果查獲濫用或竄改本促銷活動的營運程序或以詐騙手法登錄，或主辦方認定違反本《條款與條件》，將拒絕受理領取；
d.如果使用造假或不完整的資訊，包括但不限於假冒或不完整的姓名及拋棄式電子郵件地址，將拒絕受理兌換。
4.活動期間，即便主辦方在任何階段無法履行其權利，亦不代表其放棄自身相關權利。
5. 在即日起至 2026 年 3 月 31 日 期間購買並啟用 Avast 指定產品，可以兌換超市電子禮劵1張。線上領取受理將截至 2026 年 3 月 31 日香港標準時間晚上 11:59。
6.本優惠不適用於任何「不得轉售」、學術或升級訂單, 預先安裝在新個人電腦或筆記型電腦上的附加產品版本、Avast 線上商店的購物、網路附屬公司的購物或任何 Avast 試用產品。如未明確說明，本優惠無法與其他促銷活動併用。
7. Avast 標準 60 天退款保證不適用於本優惠包含的 Norton 產品。
8.每組已啟用的有效 Avast 指定產品產版僅提供一張超市電子禮品劵，每人限領一 (1) 張。
9.申請人請務必保留原始購買收據及產品包裝以示購買證明。領取時，若無法為所有領取項目提出購買證明，主辦方擁有最終決定權，得以自行宣告申請人的所有領取皆為無效並收回其任何優惠權利。
10.如要領取本優惠，領取人必須先即日起至 2026 年 3 月 31 日香港標準時間晚上 11:59 前，安裝及啟用自己的 Avast 產品。領取人必須在啟用零售訂閱 2026年 3 月31日或之前內前往 https://www.suntronics.hk/avastredemption 網站，依照說明 Online Redemption Centre 上申請領取。
11.本優惠僅限在https://www.suntronics.hk/avastredemption 網站指定優惠期內在線上進行登記領取。
12.本優惠僅限在領取流程中以電子禮品卡的形式傳送至申請人提供的之電子郵件。請領成功後，領取人將收到含有電子禮品卡連結的電子郵件。為免生疑問，如果領取人提供的電子郵件地址有誤或不完整，恕不替換、返還或重新傳送電子禮品卡給領取人。
13.恕無法替換遺失、遭竊或失效的電子禮品卡。
14.有效且已啟用的單次訂閱無法重複請領禮品。
15.本優惠不得轉讓或更換。
16.電子禮品卡的價值將採用購買國家/地區的貨幣 (例如，在香港購買則以港幣計)。
17.如果主辦方需要額外資訊或輔助文件來驗證領取申請，領取人將收到電子郵件通知。如果領取人無法提供輔助文件來佐證請領，Suntronics 保留在不進行後續調查的情況下拒絕領取的權利。
18.領取人須自行承擔存取促銷優惠網站的所有相關成本，且實際成本金額將依使用的網際網路服務供應商而有所不同。領取人禁止使用任何自動化軟體或任何其他機械或電子手法來重複領取優惠，如採用上述不法手段，該領取人送出的所有請領都將視作無效。
